HFCG140-80輥壓機智能集中潤滑系統改造

某水泥廠現有合肥水泥研究設計院的HFCG140-80輥壓機，采用原廠配套的電動遞進式潤滑裝置定時補充潤滑脂，該系統缺陷導致動輥滑道、動輥軸承、固定輥軸承潤滑點供油不均，潤滑不良導致故障頻發，無法滿足目前生產需求。

改造方案采用GSRZ-I智能集中潤滑系統，通過干油電磁閥將各個潤滑點合理分配，容積式計量方式精確供油，用戶可通過現場控制柜的觸摸顯示界面對全部參數進行監控與設定，同時該系統通過硬件擴展，實現了用戶通過4G物聯網對智能潤滑系統的遠程監控。
